Gregorys Restaurant & Bar: Your Premier Seafood Destination in Somers Point, NJ

Our first time a Gregory’s. The Octoberfest menu lured us in. What a great place!! Food was great. Drinks were great. Service was great. The bar patrons were friendly and welcoming. Joe Gregory welcomed us at the bar as if we had been going there for decades. A must go to if you are in Somers Point! We’ll be back Joe.

Love coming home to Gregorys. Mussels fra diablo were fantastic, great service.

Gregorys seemed great, waitress and bartender were friendly for the 2 minutes of conversation that we had. I ordered mahi mahi tacos for takeout. Delicious! I got very impressed that the tortillas and the fish pieces, as well as all the toppings, were wrapped all separately, so that made it easy for me to rewarm them and make it for myself without the tacos getting soggy and fall apart. Most places serve tacos for pickup already stuffed, so by the time I get home and eat them they could get soggy and cold. :) Vibes inside seemed nice too.

First time here... Sat at a high top on the bar side of the establishment, Marissa was our server. She did a fabulous job with knowing the menu and recommending items. My entree was the scallops that came with sautéed spinach and I had the side of mashed potatoes with it. Came with a house salad and I got blue cheese as my dressing. My mother got the lobster ravioli entree topped with shrimp and got Italian dressing with her included house salad. We absolutely LOVED everything we ate. Definitely will be returning!

We visited here while on vacation with our daughter, son in law and granddaughters. Food was very good tonight, but part of our group we’re disappointed because No Mango Cart draft even though listed on menu, No blue cheese for martini and sold out of soft shell crab even though we were there at 5 to make sure they could get it. We all visit here every year so we were surprised and suggest this might have been just an off night. However all of our food and drink we did get was excellent! The server did apologize for the issues as she should have.

Home of the ORIGINAL!! Taco Tuesday. (p.s. Taco Bell should be ashamed of themselves for stealing this from Gregory's) This place is always consistently good. First from the easy in/out, free parking lot across the street to the great service. The food is great. Something for everyone (except the one vegan with us was only able to get the impossible burger, nothing else) The drinks are great. The bartenders are old school and really know what they are doing. The food is great. Served with a smile. Very good menu with lots of different fish/seafood options, meats, etc. The dinner salad that comes with an entree is so fresh and colorful. I just love the family friendly atmosphere. It always feels like everyone working there is part of a big family. This is a place I go to almost every trip down the shore. I try to keep away from the tourist traps in the Ventnor/Longport area. Try it! you'll like it!

We enjoyed a good Oktoberfest lunch yesterday In the dining room. Modern inviting atmosphere and quick service. We enjoyed the different Sausage platters With red Cabbage, Sauerkraut and potato salad. The potato soup excellent!

Have been here several times and never disappointed. Attended a Celebration of Life event and enjoyed the roast beef, chicken with penne and salmon with rice. All were tasty. Staff was very polite and attentive.
